One antigen: each well has the same antigen. One conjugate supplied: class is either IgG, IgA, or IgM

IgGA, IgGM, IgGAM
One antigen: each well has the same antigen. One conjugate supplied: class is a mixture of IgG+IgA or IgG+ IgM or IgG+IgA+ IgM

Screen
Combination of antigens: One well contains a mix of antigens; all wells have the same antigen mix. One conjugate supplied: class is usually IgG.

Profile
Combination of antigens: every well contains a different antigen (each strip has the same configuration). Conjugate class is usually IgG.
